Research On Data-Changing Machinism For Landuse

To realize the informationization and networking of land data management is brought forward unambiguously by the second national land survey.At the same time, upbuilding databases for land survey which can communicate and share resources with each other is also emphasized,as well as the fast updating machnism for the changes of land resource.This research,based on the request above-mentioned,makes an exploration on the landuse data-updating on internet,and puts forward the data-updating machinism which called "online-updating-offiine-editing-online-transmiting-data submiting".It mainly contains four aspects.First,a data transmitting mode which can transmit data between server and remote client on internet is designed to implement the data downloading and uploading online.Second,the spatial topological rules of landuse data is analysed and a mothed for data-updating offiine is designed ground on the rules foregoing.That is to research how to edit the graphic and attributes of the data offiine.Third,partial data is written to database and the conflicts appearing during the writing is resolved by the database locking machinism.Fourth,an experiment in the data-updating machnism is carried out to validate the feasibility of the machnism.This machinim is proved to be viable by this research.And it can also improve the efficiency of data- updating to a certain extent.
