As the microbe of salt lake has special metabolism and can produce special secondary metabolite, it has became a precious new drug resource for people to exploit. There are many salt lakes distributed over the Chai-Damu basin in Qinghai province. Since its have evolved and formed for a long period, and the capacity of salt and chemical composition is high, that made its habitat more special. In consequence, using chemical method to study the metabolites produced by microbes of Qinghai salt lakes have its use value in respect of exploiting new resources of natural products.Seven samples,which included the silt of Cha-Qia salt lake, Xiao-Chaidan salt lake, Kun-Teyi salt lake and Xi-Taijinaier salt lake; the salt of Kun-Teyi salt lake; the lumps of salt of Cha-Erhan salt lake and Dong-Taijinaier salt lake; the salty soil of Yi-Lipin salt lake, were isolated and purified by Spread Plate Method and Streak Plate Method. Choosing Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Aspergillis fumigatus as disease-producing germ, and using Traditional Confrontation Method and Double-layer Agar Method screened 184 strains which had isolated from the samples, eventually, bacterial strains Ab9 and Bo5 with widest inhibiting spectrum and best inhibiting activity was selected as test bacterias, and analyst by physiology and biochemical experiments.The constituents of the fermented broth of Ab9 and Bo5 were isolated by Adsorption Chromatography and Gel Chromatography and Thin-layer Chromatography,and screened the objective compounds by the activity test. Final objective compounds was obtained by High Perfromance Liquid Chromatography, and fixed its chemical structure by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance. Finally , there were eight compounds isolated from bacterial strain Ab9: 3-methyl-6-secbutylpiperazine-2,5-dione,3-methyl-6-isobutylpiperazine-2,5-dione,5-isobutyl-hexahydropyrrolo[1,5-a]piperazine-3,6-dione,5-benzene-hexahydropyrrolo[1,5-a]piperazine-3,6-dione,5-isopro-pyl-hexahydropyrrolo[1,5-a]piperazine-3,6-dione,5-secbutyl-hexahydropyrrolo[1,5-a]piperazine-3,6-dione,hexahydropyrrolo[1,5-a]piperazine-3,6-dione,5-[3-Indole-methyl]-hexahydropy- rrolo [1, 5-a] piperazine-3, 6-dione. Four compounds was isolated from bacterial strain Bo5: 5-isopropyl- hexahydropyrrolo [1, 5-a] piperazine-3, 6-dione, N-[3-indole-ethyl] acetamide, 4-[N-(3-indole-ethyl) amide] thiazole-2-acetketone, IturinA4.
