In the study, in order to find the influence of the magnetic field on enzyme, catalase, trypsin,α-amylase and urease were discussed under the various intensity static magnetic field which were 0.15T,0.30T and 0.45T with the control. The enzyme was put in the magnetic field for some time and then the enzyme conformation, activity and enzymatic reactions were investigated. The results showed that the magnetic field would have different effects on the different enzyme. For the catalase, the activity was obviously improved by the magnetic field, the velocity of enzymatic reaction was increased as well, the value of K_m and V_m were both enhanced. The enzyme conformation especially secondary structure which was detected by the CD was changed after magnetization. For the trypsin, this sort of magnetic effect was not very obvious, basically, there was no difference between the magnetic and the control in enzyme activity and enzymatic reactions, however, the secondary structure of the conformation was changed by some extent. On the contrary, compared with the catalase, the enzymatic reactions value K_m and V_m of theα-amylase was decreased after magnetization, while the enzyme activity was still much higher than the control, the enzyme secondary structure's change was also observed. For the urease, the influence of the magnetic field was similar to theα-amylase, however this effect was less than theα-amylase. Besides, the relationship between the magnetic field and enzyme was not linear. In the study, the data of experiment were simulated by the Michaelis-Menton Equation, K_m and V_m were obtained from the Michaelis-Menton Equation under the various of magnetic induction intensity. We also checked up the results of the simulation.Based on the existing magnetization mechanism and the results of the experiments, the mechanism of the influence of magnetic field on enzyme was discussed. It was considered that the magnetic field influenced the enzyme through changing the enzyme conformation such as the hydrogen bond and dimercapto group. The experimental phenomena were explained by this theory.
