This paper can be divided into two parts. In the first part, we construct and analysis a new mathematical model of HBV; In the other part, a class of extended biomathematics model of muscular blood vessel is discussed. The main contents and results in this paper include:1) According to the epidemiology characteristic of HBV, we formulated a new mathem- atical model. Then we discussed the model with population's density restricts. The basic reproductive number is found, and we also analysis the global stability of fixed points.2) A class of biomathematics model of muscular blood vessel is extended, then the extended model is proved to have at least one periodic solution.3) By using the Melnikov function, we find that if the parameters satisfy the necessary conditions, the extended model will rise to Smale chaos.
