With the rapid development of genetic engineering, molecular diagnostic technologies in the past few decades have seen significant development.In molecular diagnostics and drug research process, the genes and gene sequence analysis on the rules of playing a very important role, based on the gene sequence analysis of the molecular diagnosis of infectious diseases has been fundamental changes antigen and the study of the higher sensitivity and good qualitative methods.As simplistic, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in the direct hybridization Biosensor detection of the more common applications.DNA biosensors clear of the gene sequence analysis have developed rapidly in recent years, as DNA synthesis technologies, as well as with the development of microelectronics technology, the development of DNA biosensor tends to be more perfect.Electrochemical DNA biosensor is developed in recent years a new type of biosensor.It will aim of the existence of DNA converted to electrical signals, because of its high sensitivity, low cost, easy to operate, simple and compatible with the characteristics of other instruments, thus developing very rapidly.In this paper, in recent years electrochemical DNA biosensor research reviewed progress made.In this paper, prepared by the self-assembly of neutral red / 3 mercaptopropionic acid modified gold electrodes, alizarin red / glassy carbon electrode, and so on electrode preparation, influencing factors, and the application of electrochemical properties were studied.Using cyclic voltammetry, UV, and electrochemical impedance techniques such as electrochemical experiments on modified electrode with calf thymus DNA interactions.By cyclic voltammetry, UV method to get neutral red with calf thymus DNA has a strong role between them based on the strong force found that the DNA modified electrode has a strong response to this strong role not only on the concentration of DNA in a certain range determination, but also their role in the dynamics research. Using nano-porous hydroxyapatite film can effectively double-stranded DNA adsorption to the surface, the fixed DNA method is relatively simple, and easy to operate.AC impedance method can not only reflect the DNA and small molecules in a role can also be a quantitative analysis of DNA, is a rapid, simple and inexpensive test DNA and small molecule interaction methods.
