Developments of Life Science Instruments have provided effective means for Life Science. It improved the life science researching from the cell level to more deeply level ,the molecular level.. Without these Life Science Instruments ,.Lots of great research projects will be very difficult being carried out.PCR is an important and widely used life science instrument. It is widely used in biochemical analysis, clinical diagnosis, Pharmaceutical Analysis, forensic identifying, fast test of epidemic situation and so on.In this paper, a new method of producing cooled gas by semiconductor refrigeration equipment was proposed. The working principle of semiconductor refrigeration is presented. According the working principle, the system schematic is put forward. The Heated Cavity of PCR system is a nonlinear system with uncertainty, and it is easily to be interfered. So it needs the controller having a good performance. For these reasons a new fuzzy—PID controller is proposed in this thesis. By setting the three parameters KP , KI, KD on line according to the results of fuzzy reasoning and decision-making, the new fuzzy—PID controller has better response rate and stability property than the general PID controller. The experiment indicates that the controller gets the good result. The circuits of PCR are presented in thesis, including temperature sampling, driving circuit of semiconductor, MCU system, display circuit etc. The program for PCR is designed and presented.
