Research Of Electrochemical Effect Of Sibin Limestone And Water

Sibin limestone, as a kind of mineral environment material, has an important specialty that is a carbonate rock of calcium-alkali, it contains many trace elements which are important to human being. These elements have organisms'activity and they have no toxicity, Sibin limestone has been used in food, health production, drugs and so on and other uses. This thesis's direction was research in the activating water of Sibin limestone.Through the pH value experiment on Sibin limestone ,the trace elements experiment, the ORP experiment, the test on eliminating O2- and ?OH, The author carried out these experiments to test the physical characteristics of Sibin powders, which included infrared spectrum (FTIR) test, X-ray diffraction (XRD) test, electronics microscope scanning (SEM) test, and had studied the principle to the activating water of Sibin limestone.The results of the pH value experiments have revealed the function of Sibin limestone, that is to adjust the pH value of solution and make it 8～9.The results of the trace elements experiment demonstrate that the conditions are the best activating water ,when the temperature is 25℃, the concentration is 1:10 and the size is 200 mesh. The water contains varied mineral substance and trace elements, and whose poisonous elements are less than that of GB5749-2006.It is not only a drinking water , but a healthy drinking water.It is suggested that the ORP value of Sibin water is 170 mV, the pH value is about 7.60.Through the comparison between Sibin water and 12 high quality drinking water, the Sibin water is a high quality drinking water.The test on eliminating O2- and ?OH suggests that Sibin activating water have a deeply action. When the concentration is in 1:15～1:5, the action to eliminate O2- is good, the maximal rate is 58.65%,Their comparison is 2002-2>2001-2>2003-2;the action to eliminate ?OH is much better, the maximal rate is 99.27%. Their comparison is also 2002-3>2001-3>2003-3, which demonstrate that Sibin limestone is a anti-senescent drinking water.Through this study and research, the exploitation and application of Sibin limestone—a new type of metalloid mineral material, will be broadened ,especially in the field of drinking water, which demonstrate that Sibin limestone is a healthy,high quality,anti-senescent drinking water.
