The development of aggressive behavior is extreme violence, with the social development, the problem of violence has become increasingly serious international problem, young people increasingly younger age of violent crimes, because of the acts of these criminals and the number of those who were sacrificed in the past decades was a growing tren, we must actively concerned about this issue. Behavior Genetics of the genetic basis of behavior, proved to genetic factors and environmental factors in the development of individual differences in the role. Conduct study on genetic and environmental mechanisms not only for education ,population optimization, and the politics is of far-reaching significance, but also is an important area of psychology. It is regrettable that our country for acts of genetics, especially the study of human behavior genetics almost a blank. In recent years , human behaviour-related genes in the ascendant, a great wave upon wave trend. Among them, the SNPs for genetic markers associated analytical methods, to reveal the genetic factors closely related to the genetic nature of human behavior is of important significance to clarify the mechanism of attacks laid the foundation.5-HT2A and 5 - HT1B gene from chromosome positioning and biological functions encoded proteins are considering the angle of attack of candidate genes, gene polymorphism and may be associated with aggressive behavior. To confirm this hypothesis, this study of these two genes were chosen on the two gene polymorphism loci were rs6314 (5-HT2A) and rs6296 (5-HT1B) to a prison in Changchun City staff for violence group to have no criminal record for the normal male control group, even using polymerase reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method polymorphism was detected using SPSS statistical software management gene typing data, using chi-square goodness-of-fit tests verify each SNP genotype groups in the sample in the distribution of the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, chi-square test of statistical data, determine the frequency of allele frequencies and genotype distribution and the distribution of attacks related to explore 5 - HT2A and 5 - HT1B with the relationship between aggressive behavior.Laboratory studies showed that the two SNP genotype frequency distributions are consistent with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. By chi-square test, the analysis of each SNP loci genotype and allele frequency between the two groups in the distribution of whether there is a significant difference. The results showed that: The two sites were not associated with aggressive behavior. In sum, our study results negated 5 - HT2A and 5 - HT1B attacks associated with the hypothesis, but due to the choice of samples, sample volume and the lack of attacks in the impact of other factors also can not be ruled out 5 - HT gene in the attacks occurred in the role of the mechanisms still need further study.Future aggressive behavior genetics research should be in large-scale SNP screening genetic markers on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the interaction between genes and environment, as well as the interaction between the variables can only be explained genetic factors in the final acts in the attack role.
