Glaring problem caused by car's headlights is widespread in the night-time security. It is one of the main reasons causing accident.The highway traffic management department attach great importance to it, so the research of various anti-reflection technology hasn't been stopped. Polarized anti-reflection technology is an effective means to solve the problem. The polarized headlight system is the most promising illuminated system to solve glaring problem of optical way. From the point of assemble designing,the designers hope to design the polarization foil a curved surface. As a result, based on the effect on the distribution of optical field by curved surface polaroid, I do deeply research in applicated technology of curved surface polaroid in headlight system.This papper is based on the principles of data mining, and by means of surface sculpt arithmetic, and analyzes elementarily and builds up relation model of datas which factly decline dimension to planar optical field distribution and relating influencing gene. I design the testing experiment according to the model and analyze the data exploring. By cubic polynomial interpolation and quasi-uniform B-spline curve approximation ,curved surface's fitting is done with datas. I get distributed curved surface of testing data field in the different curved degree's polaroid. Data centroid and part grads of data field's changes directly reflect the change of transmited optical field with Polaroid's curved degree. The paper also demonstrates the box and whisker plot of the optical field distribution of the polaroid'sdifferent curved degree in one dimension. Therefore between polaroids' angle and curved degree influenceing the transmited optical distribution have been reflected.
