Rough set theory is a new theory of data analysis, it was first put forward by Poland scientist Z.Pawlak. At present it has been developed to be a new mathematical tool to deal with vagueness and uncertainty. It has been applied to many areas successfully including machine learning, pattern recognition, decision support, data mining and process control. In the light of more indexes, and index weighted isn't given. There adopts Rough Sets theories, first of all, to adjudicate the index, then make sure the rest of index weighted, finally, make use of the interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation that had been revised to get final result. The methods which are referred to as follows:(1)A new method of assessment on environment quality based on rough set theory is present. This method makes use of knowledge reduction method of rough set to choose Estimate factor first. Then, make sure the rest of index weighted. It makes the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation more easy and the final result more objective and dependable.(2)Aimed at the scantiness of segment method which is used in comprehensive evaluation model of interval-number, based on reamer intercept method, considering the stability of the model, using attribute recognition theoretical model for reference. An improved model is given which could use evaluating information better and its stability is improved.(3)Make use of the interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation that had been revised to get final result. Finally, a simple example is provided, the basic manner of the proposed method is introduced and its validity is demonstrated.(4) Based on the revised methods above-mentioned, through the model of interval-valued fuzzy evaluation comprehensive to expand to the model of multi-index and multi-layer interval-valued fuzzy synthetic decision.
