This topic is a new product with the electronic information technology and the nerve science intercross-fusion, and taking the brain-machine interface technology as the main theory and the guiding principle. The system for recording and processing neural action potential in freely behaving rats was studied and developed by applying micro-electronic technology. With the aid of the neurobiology and the electrophysiology knowledge, the neural action potential was recorded through the microelectrodes implanted to the mouse's brain. The neural signal is a typical signal of bioelectricity. When nerve cell of a brain transmit information, it is a general reflection of electrical activities which contains much physiological and pathological information. We can learn the relationship between the electrical activities of nerve cells and the physiological and pathological states , and this relationship has great significance in the province of the clinical medicine and cognitive science. The technology of wireless electricity energy transmission is a new technology in-energy supplu methods in the past ten years. Applying in the bioengineering area, this technology afford a more suitable way for the embed telemetry instrument. The development of the technology will has far-reaching implications. In addition, with the development of the technology of the digital signal processing(DSP), the signal will be processed faster than before, and supply the possible of this field. The paper mostly studied a system for recording and processing neural action potential in freely behaving rats and had tested some electrocircuit. This paper gives a relatively detailed explanation on the amplifiers, filters, wireless telemetry, A/D converter, DSP (this system used the TMS320VC5402 produced by TI company) preprocessing , and the communication between DSP and PC.
