A Taxonomic Study On The Genus Artemisia In Henan Province

In this dissertation,the study history of Artemisia was reviewed and summarized.The useful value of Artemisia was introduced.The toxonomic revision of Artemisia in Henan were studied.By identifying the specimens and taxonomic study,27 species and 9 subspecies of Artemisia in Henan were recognized.3 new recorded species which are A.stolonifera(Maxim.)Komar.,A.rubripes Pamp.,A.dubia Wall.ex Bess.and 2 new recorded subspecies which are A.sacrorum var.incana (Bess.)Y.R.Ling,A.giraldii var.longipedunculata Y.R.Ling were recorded.A name in Flora of China has been added to Henan.A.selengensis var shansiensis Y.R.Ling has been treated as a synonym of A.selengensis var. integerrima(Komar.)Ling et Y.R.Ling.5 species which are A.sacrorum Ledeb.,A.giraldii Pamp.,A.stolonifera(Maxim.)Komar.,A.rubripes Pamp., A.dubia Wall.ex Bess.and 7 subspecies which are A.sacrorum var. messerschmidtiana(Bess.)Y.R.Ling,A.carvifolia var.schoohii(Mattf.) Pamp.,A.argyi var.gracilis Pamp.,A.selengensis var.integerrima(Komar.) Ling et Y.R.Ling,A.sylvatica var.meridionalis Pamp.,A.sacrorum var. incana(Bess.)Y.R.Ling and,A.giraldii var.longipedunculata Y.R.Ling were added in Flora of Henan.The names of A.subdigitata Mattf.,A.apiacea Hance,A.feddei Levl et Van.in Flora of Henan were revised.5 species which are A.sieversiana Willd.,A.anethifolia Web.ex Stechm.,A.vestita Wall.ex DC.,A.leucophylla Turcz.ex C.B.Clarke,A.roxburghiana Bess.in Flora of Henan were not distributed in Henan.Moreover,an systemtic arrangement on the genus in Henan province and an artificial key to sections and species were maded.Descriptions of some species were maded.Their distributions and main uses have been recorded.Some species were briefly discussed.
