The essay adopted the Landsat TM data of 1990, 2000 and 2005, combined with observation of GPS orientation fixed-point on the spot, based on field survey to check the remote sensing interpretation symbol and interpretation precision several times, under the GIS technique support, analyzed the current situation of Sabina Vulgaris plant resources of three times thoroughly (1990,2000 and 2005),and space-time dynamic changes of two time quantum (1990~2000,2000~2005).the area of Sabina Vulgaris plant resources in 1990,2000 and 2005 is 108779.70 hm2,95716.92 hm2 and 113740.68 hm2,occupy the studying area 2.25%,1.98% and 2.36%,the Area of Sabina Vulgaris reduced 13062.78 hm2 during the period 1990~2000, but it was increased 18023.76 hm2 during the period 2000~2005. The range of increase or decrease ratio is not bigger than other plants type; Sabina Vulgaris showed strong stability in recent fifteen years, dynamic changes is not in evidence.On this foundation, analyzed the natural and artificial cause of dynamic changes of Sabina Vulgaris, the dynamic changes of Sabina Vulgaris area is influenced by soil and groundwater most. Relativity analysis result manifested, the change of Sabina Vulgaris is low related to precipitation, but high related to air temperature; In 1990,the Sabina Vulgaris area and precipitation is negative correlation, related coefficient is -0.82,when credibilityαis 0.10, critical and related coefficient is rα=0.900, significant is not high. the Sabina Vulgaris area and air temperature is positive correlation, related coefficient is 0.98 , correlation is very high。In 2000, the related coefficient of precipitation and Sabina Vulgaris area is 0.31, correlation is not big. But the related coefficient of air temperature and Sabina Vulgaris area is 0.99, belong to extremely related .In 2005, the related coefficient of Sabina Vulgaris area and precipitation is -0.17,the relativity of Sabina Vulgaris area and precipitation can say that have no related, the related coefficient of Sabina Vulgaris area and air temperature is 0.91, correlation is very high,but the correlation is not evidence than former two period.Through order related coefficient calculation,the coefficient of Sabina Vulgaris area and homologous population number in 1990, 2000 and 2005 is 0.2008,0.8975,0.9432,this result express Sabina Vulgaris area and population number is positive correlation, and the relativity changed from not notability to more notability.Finally, summarized dynamic changes time-space characteristic of Sabina Vulgaris plant resources, the range of dynamic changes and ratio, and then advised the importance of protecting the Sabina Vulgaris plant resources and the development of sand industry.
