This paper according to the investigating vegetation inside and around main industrial parks in Zhejiang province and fumigation test, studied the injury symptom,injury grades and Pr content,MDA content,SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity and Pro content, discussed the mechanism the plant resistant. The result indicated as the followings.(1)The investigating result showed that there are 90plant species, which belong to 50 families. Among them Leguminosae,Compositae,Rosaceae families are more than others. The richness of the plant species has relation with the character of the main industrial park, the gradations from the high to low are Pharmaceutical Factory,fossil-fuel power plant,cement factories,Chemical Plant and the others. The distance is more further from the parks, there are more plant species. The plants grow well including wild species Pterocarya stenoptera,Glochidion puberum,Sapium sebiferum,Wisteria sinensis,Damnacanthus indicus,Broussonetia papyrifera,Platycarya strobilacea,Rubus chingii and plant species Ilex crenata,Pittosporum tobira,Phoenix canariensis,Nerium indicum,Camellia sasanpua.and so on.(2)The injury symptoms are different among plants. The short time fumigation showed that: there weren't found visible injury on the buds and lenticels. But the injury symptom on leaves was very serves. The SO2 concentration and the contract time have relation with the time of injury spot appeared,the color change of the injury spot color,the number of the injury spots. Those have high resistant among plants which were fumigation test were Pittosporum tobira,Ilex crenata,Nerium indicum,Ligustrum lucidum and Camellia sasanpua; Those have weak resistant are Photinia prunifolia,Photinia serrulata and Dendrobenthamia japonica.(3)In the SO2 pollution air, the MDA content in the plants became more; the Pr content SOD activity and CAT activity became less and lower when SO2 concentration became higher. POD activity and Pro content became higher and more when SO2 concentration became higher.(4)Those experiments through the comparisons among different plants showed that: the degrees of plants injury have relation with the plants character of biology. Those plants which have stratum conium and floss increasing Pro content promoting POD activity,SOD activity,CAT activity and clear away active oxygen, could advanced the ability of resistant.
