Scholars previously have done many geological researches in Fozichong Pb-Zn deposit and made abundant achievements. But metallogenic conditions and prospecting direction are understood differently. Also analysis of metallogenic condition is involved little.Fozichong Pb-Zn deposit is located in the northeast section of the Bobai-Cenxi metallogenic belt. According to its occurrence types the deposit is divided into fozichong-type and Niuwei-type. According to the characteristics of ore occurrence ,ore-body can be divided into hydrothermal filling veined type, hydrothermal filling-metasomatic banded type and hydrothermal metasomatic skarn type. Skarnization, silicification and epidotization have an close relation with ore-forming. Four main ore-forming stages include skarn stage, hydrothermal sulfide stage, quartz-calcite state and supergene oxidization stage.Through analysis of metallogenic conditions that include strata, structure, magmatic rock and metallogenetic epoch, researches have been made on ore-controlling structure F1,F7, F9, ore-host fracture characteristics and geochemical characteristics of fracture zone, and it is pointed out that the zoning characteristics of mineralization in the wall rock include skarnization belt→strong silification and pyritization→weak silification and pyritization belt→weak silification→unmineralized belt. This thesis summarizes the Metallogenic condition assemblage consists of limestone(argillaceous limestone, calcareous siltstone), granitic magma with Yenshenian age and NNE(NE)-striking fault fracture zone, and preliminarily finds out the spatial zoning characteristics of Fozichong Pb-Zn deposit's structure-alteration(fluid)-mineralization. Combined ore-body geological characteristics, mineralization and alteration, geophysical and geochemical information and relating clue for prospecting, the paper builds synthetic prospecting model for the ore-field. Finally Liutang-Longshutong is proposed as the further prospecting target according to the synthetic prospecting model.
