The Travertine Development Of Gray Model Research In Huanglong Based On GIS

The travertine landscape in Huanglong Scenic Spots is surficial deposition in alpine and very cold region. The formation lasted for several ten thousands. However, in recent years, the landscape come to be dried up, blacken, sanded, which have seriously affected the sight's admiring value. It is very important to take the protected measures and control human activity that research the rules and affected factors of travertine.By the 3S technology supporting ,the Huanglong space database is set up, and the geological and hydrology genesis are discussed in this paper. According to the importance of water resource, this paper set up the pH value model to predict the travertine development. By monitoring system lacked, the model is based on gray system model GM(1,1). According to the simulated data, this paper predicted the travertine development with Krige interpolation method. The travertine is divided into heavy corrosion, slightly corrosion, deposit according to the pH value.The results show that the travertine landscapes in HuangLong area stay at the stage between dynamic equilibrium and disappearance & recombination, and decay trend will go on.
