Model modification has become increasingly active in the international study field these years which update the structural analysis model using test data to make good correlation of the modified data and test data and the exact description of the real structure. In virtue of the model modification technique, problem of inconsistency between the theoretical analysis and the test data can be solved, efficiency and precision of the complex structural finite element modeling can be assured.Correlation analysis of the modified data and test data of the structure and the technique of system matrixes modification are studied in this paper. Starting with a brief view about the structural finite element model modification using modal parameters, and implementation of the formulation of the fundamental mathematical model,presentation of modification algorithm,description of the correlation criterion between the theoretical model and the experimental model are introduced later. Based on the technique of matrix decomposition and matrix reformation, three new model modification methods are presented. And finally numerical examples of a mass-spring system by six degrees of freedom and a truss structure of two dimensions are propose- d to validate the efficiency,precision and availability of the method. |
