The key problem of the reaction chromatography is the initial-boundary value problem for hyperbolic conservation laws systems. In this paper, according to the actual problem of the reaction chromatography ,we establish the mathematics model of A→B type reaction chromatography and study the initial-boundary value problem of the hyperbolic conservation laws systems that correspond to ideal reaction chromatography equations respectively. Firstly, using Laplace transform, we get the expression of solution of generally initial- boundary value problem for ideal reaction chromatography equations and deduce the solution of the initial-boundary value problem of the pour way for the reaction chromatography such as delta-pulse and other several types actual problem respectively. Take gradual change wide pulse as an example, we give the expression of the solution of elution curve on different conditions. Secondly, we demonstrate theoretically the wave figure of the elution curve in detail. As elution curve is subsection function and the subsection place is changing dynamic with the length of chromatography pole, it is very complicate, so we also adopt the numerical simulation. In this paper, firstly, we give the corresponding arithmetic in view of the difficulty of dynamic subsection function. Using Microsoft Office Excel 2003, we account the date of the dynamic subsection function, then using Origin Pro7.5 RS0 software, we trace out the elution curve. Finally, we study the continuous reliant relation of solutions and initial-boundary condition , give the stability analysis by studying the limit relation of solutions of several initial-boundary value problems.
