That is why we should make precise and measurable study on climate resources space distribution that needs to be solved quickly.In traditional way, apply scatter stations datum to the analysis of climate resources, combine with subjective estimation to draw contour in the area unchecked, and the accurate value should not be known in this way. The author adopt new technology of GIS that is superior to digital spatial climate factors to reappear single or many factors distribution regulation. And it is easier to structure regional resources distribution and to analyses resources in more dimensions. And carry out the analyses from nature determined to precision.Using 30yrs datum of 30 meteorological stations in ChiFeng and side including temperature, precipitation, sunlight, evaporation and velocity get out the optimal spatial interpolation model by contrast and testing and evaluation, adopting trend surface analysis, multiple regression analysis, construct the 86 kinds of spatial interpolation model based on climate factors. After the climate analysis and spatial interpolation to the main resources of ChiFeng area, established a climate in ChiFeng City atlas spatial distribution of resources and climate resources database through analyses the spatial distribution character of heat resources, water resources, sunlight resources, radiation resources in ChiFeng basic on CityStar 4.0 geographic information system platform that including 1:250,000 geographical background data and information that China Survey Bureau provided.While analyses the climate resources spatial distribution character and principle, contrast to the works of former studies. Reflect carefully character of climate resources that the former scatter stations datum could not describe, and represent the spatial distribution under gridding interpolation in influence of mountains and valleys. Still find some level members including others that this can not be made by hand easily. Meanwhile, correct the faults of depending upon subjective determination in past.
