The sullage the conglomeration of the suspending substance, microorganism, organism adsorbed by the microorganism and a sustance metabolized by microorganism. The nitrogen and phosphor is contained in sullage in the gross, and so does the heavy metal. Because the su lage contains a mass of the pathogeny and it is whiffy even disposed, it repollute the water in case of disposed incorrectly. The disposing sullage technique has been become the one of the important environment protection lessons for the reason that the components of the sullage are complex, which aggravates the environment. On account of the deficiency of the disposing method, it is necessary for exploitationexpl of the new thoughtway. The ultrasonic technique that can improve the sedimentation of active sullage and the dehydration capability by decomposing the biosolids has many advantages, such as the moderation of reaction condition, decompounding rapid, extensive applicability, capability of combining with other technologies. The actiong of ultrasonic on sullage includes of the decompounding sullage and of accelerating dehydration for purpose of reducing the sullage. The principle of disposing sullage is that the indiffrangible solidity substances are changed into diffrangible by breakaging the structure and cell wall makes for the sake of altering sullage structure, outflow of the container in cell. It is different from decompounding the organism in sewage that depends on the shearing strength in the low frequency.The main purpose of this paper is groping research on the decompounding sullage and cognition of the releasing effect, influencing factors and mechanism, which lays the foundations of the application and the facilitating the techniques ofstabilization, reduction, resourcing.After disposed by ultrasonic, it is that the qualities of sullage altered, sullage Decomposed,substances in cell released, the COD, nitrogen phosphorus, etc. rise by a wide margin in the filtrated sullage, and moreover, the substances released are apt to be decomposed., which are the conditions for reduction and disposing ulteriorly. Therefore, the action of sullage decomposed by ultrasonic is reflected in the future experiments with a view to research on the variety ofCOD,NH3-N,TP in the filtrate.The main content and results of the research are as follows:(1) Sound field and diatribution of sound field are measured in reactor by Coloration and hydrophone and metrical results are analyzed and researched. Sound field of research illuminate double frequency of ultrasonic can improve uniformity of sound field commendably in the same sonochemistry reactor and ultrasonic electric power and base for experiment of double frequency of ultrasonic of sludge treatment.(2) Effects of sludge decomposability and change of sludge temperature are researched in the different ultrasonic electric power, frequency and time.(3) Interactionaleffects of sludge treatment and effect factors are researched in the differently functionary mode.(4) Effects of sludge treatment by ultrasonic is compared with the different reactor form, positionofultrasonic transducer andcubage ofreactant.Research of experimentthatultrasonic isaeffectivemeans of sludge decomposability and double frequency of ultrasonic is advantageous for sludge decomposabilityandreactor form, position ofultrasonic transducer effect on sludge decomposability are illuminated, which affords definite foundation of experimentto sullagetreatment by ultrasonic.
