The animal micro-ecology is one subject to the research of the relationship between the normal microorganism and its host. It is mainly on the study of the intergrowth and the paragenesis and so on under different environment factors. Probiotics, which is applied to the animal and the human body, refers to the single or mixed live microorganism preparation, which can promote the host healthy through improving the host body micro-ecological balance. It originates from the host and is good for the host healthy. Since it is harmless to the host, it is made to the preparation and then applied to the person and the animal. It can help to adjust the bacterium group and strengthen the physiology function so it is widely used to make various micro ecological preparations. This research is to through the experiment of testing the activity of the GSH-PX and the SOD, the content of the GSH combing with the antioxidation character of the lactobacillus in order to introduce one method on the search and separation of the safe and low-priced probiotics so as to apply to the anti-aging research field.In this thesis the lactobacillus was separated from the healthy rat intestines inner dissolves using the MRS culture medium firstly and then by the separation and the purification, 5 bacterial strains were obtained. By identifying the 5 bacterium through Gram's method and according to their characteristics, the 5 lactobacilluse including L1 of the B.polymyxa, L2 of the L.casei, L3 is that one new or aberrance species of Lactococcus sp., L4 S.lactosus or S.nakayama, and L5 was L. delbrueckii. The two best bacterial strains L4 and L5 were selected to the animal experiment according to their ability to bear gallbladder salt and restrain to pathogenic bacteria.The mice prescreened before environment have been divided into groups at random and then consecutively lavaged 30 days with different combination of separated and filtrated bacterial strains. After being lavaged, the mice were put to death and distill their blood serum, liver, and brain tissue, and then mix them into plasm. After that the changes of the organ's MAD, SOD and GSH-PX were investigated. The result showed that the activity of the GSH-PX and the SOD in the mice brain tissue, liver and blood serum of the empty comparison group were comparatively low. The brain tissue GSH-PX and the SOD activity in the L5 group and the L4 group GSH-PX activity in the liver is prominent enhanced(p<0.05), while all the organ activity index above were significantly enhanced (p<0.05)or most significantly(p<0.01)enhanced in the mixed bacterial strains.
