The super sensitive immunohistochemical SP method was used to study the effect of exogenous GnRH on GnRH expression in hypothalams using KuMing mice as materials. And by count and analyze the nember of offspring genders after laboring to study the influence of exogenous GnRH on the offspring gender. On the experiments of effect of exogenous GnRH on GnRH expression in hypothalams. tow control group was set based on tow different does. GnRH was injected tow times each day for one reproductive cycle. hypothalamus was collected and cut into series sections immunohistochemistry SP stain, observed with light microscope. Gray scale was measured via computer-aided analysis of video imaged viewed through a microscope analysed by Paired-Samples T Test, the result was as follow:Tow different does of exogenous injestiong group both have reduced the expression of immnunoreactive prodution in hypothalamic nucleus. And the lower does group reduced more than the higher one.In conrol group (0.5μg/mL dose) compare to normal group the high significant(p<0.01) nucleus are as follow: ventromedial preoptic nucleus, suprachiasmatic nucleus, paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus, ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus, dorsomedial part, arcuate hypothalamic mucleus, dorsal part, arcuate hypothalamic mucleus, lateral part, ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus, posterior part, lateral mamillary nucleus, premamillay nucleus, dorsal part, premamillay nucleus, ventral part, posterior hypothalamic area. The significant(0.01
