In the history of the development of philosophy of science in Western countries, T. S. Kuhn and his ideology of philosophy of science were one of the leading representative of the historismus school in the modern philosophy of science. Initially, he studied the theory of science, then turned to history of science. Finally, he engaged in the research of philosophy of science. During the diversion, T. S. Kuhn treated the development of science as a system based upon the standpoint of history and brought forward the dynamic mode of the development of science. The essence of the diversion of T. S. Kuhn's philosophy of science was that psychological, historical and social factors were introduced into the development of science, namely from the viewpoints of psychology, history and sociology, had the perspective of the discovery and development of science. Therefore, humane factor was injected into philosophy of science and the society, culture and history tribute of the human were paied attention, which made it possible that study of humane was attached importance in the scientific research and cleared up the antinomy between humanism and scientism. Although many people have studied T. S. Kuhn'ideology of philosophy of science, mostly given emphasis to study the research mode which is the central part of T. S. Kuhn'science revolution and his scientific viewpoints. The compose route of the paper is based upon the diversion of T. S. Kuhn'philosophy of science , combining science philosophy view of Marxist, analysis the status of science technology and the development of society in the current phase of our country, and gives a review on how to develop science in the future.
