The phase of wave function has been understood since the wave function of quantum mechanics came to light in 1926.The wave function has two characteristic parameters: amplitude and phase. It obeys plus theory. There are a series of fluctuation phenomena which relate to the phase, such as: interference and diffraction. This is the distinction between quantum mechanics and classical mechanics. The discovery of AB effect and Berry phase arouse many physical scientists recognition, a series of theoretic and experimental investigations were carried out. When the size of circuit reaches the length of phase diffraction, we must consider quantum effect, if we put electromagnetism in the quantum system, the effect of phase in the wave function is more important. In mesoscopic systems, the phenomenon which caused by quantum effect will appear. AB effect in the presence of magnetic flux and electrostatic potential in a mesoscopic ring is an important phenomenon in mescoscopic system. The deep study about such phenomenon will affect quantum mechanics greatly. In this paper, we mainly study the total transmission coefficient of a system which two rings are serially connected. The paper considers two different instances : AB ring threads with magnetic flux and electrostatic potential V is applied to one branch of the ring. According to , if we have the value of , we can discuss the conductance G of the system easily.Magnetostatic and electrostatic AB oscillations in a mesoscopic ring also have been discussed , we find two rings and a single ring have the same phenomenon.
