The system spectroscopy of Minerals and rocks is the basis of hyper-spectral remote sensing development. Currently the mainly research of rock and minerals is concentrated in visual-near-infrared spectral under traditional research, and of absorption spectral mostly. There is less research in high spectral reflectance spectral of rocks and minerals. Together with extensive research and applications of hyper-spectral technology, it becomes increasingly urgent to study the spectral characteristics of minerals with Hyper-spectral. Polarization includes more contents in describing dark targets (or low irradiance), has its own advantages, and can be another dimension of information source in remote sensing.Compared with no polarized measurements, polarized measurements can provide more character information to distinguish objects. It is a kind of valuable potential information. It can identify such different ground objects as aerosol, cloud, snow, water, rocks etc. Especially for the surface with low contrast ratio to reflection radiant intensity, these polarization data can be utilized to detect goals effectively, and we can obtain valuable remote sensing message by polarization quantitative analysis on objects. The polarization of rocks has been measured and we can inverse the density of the rocks under the conditions in the laboratory. However, the traditional methods are based on the two-band(A:630-690nm,B:760-1100nm), and the two bands are not continuous. Meanwhile there is a considerable gap between observation data and the current commonly used remote sensing data, and nobody has done the research of polarized reflectance characteristics of minerals under hyper-spectral. It will get more stable and exact information through high-spectral data, and promote the development of hyper-spectral and quantitative remote sensing. This paper has a comprehensive analysis of the impacts of minerals'high-spectrum. It analysis the factors of minerals'spectrum information for the incidence angle, the light detection angle, azimuth angle, polarization angle, mineral composition, roughness of surface and crystalline properties and other factors est. Through the establishment of the spectrum curves, we can have visual performance of the minerals under high-spectrum and polarization; can also analysis the identification spectral band scope of minerals under the visual-near-infrared spectrum. Based on the instabilities encountered in the experiments, this article also analysis various uncertain factors, raises the causes of uncertainties and the methods to reduce the uncertainties.
