| According to the formation and evolution of it, information is categorized into material and spiritual subcategories from the philosophic point of view in this paper. Firstly, the origin and essence of spiritual information is disclosed at the same time its concept is analyzed. Also, its six main characters are summarized. Secondly, in the analysis of elements structure of spiritual information, the static–macro-structural system is explored from the viewpoints of the content element and the form element. Thirdly, the dynamic-micro–structural system is set up from three aspects of subjectivity, way and produce. Lastly, the development of spiritual information is analyzed, the need of concerning it advocated and its practical significance proved.
