This thesis deals with the priority method from fuzzy comparison matrix and fuzzy group decison making problem. It consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, we mainly introduce the origin and current research situations of decision making problems. Furthermore, we list the main contribution of this paper. In the second chapter, an interval least deviaton method (ILDM) is proposed to obtain normalized interval weights vector from an interval comparison matrix. On the base of these theory, comparisons with an interval regression analysis method and a goal programming method are also made. The proposed ILD method is also applicable to crisp comparison matrices, triangular fuzzy comparison matrices and the group decision making problem. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented method. In the third chapter, based on using triangular fuzzy number to represent eva-lution opinion, a new algorithm is proposed for aggregating individual fuzzy options into a group fuzzy opinion, resolving tremendous discrepancy among many evaluations in group decision making. The convergence of the algorithm is also introduced and proved. The method provides a resonable thread of group decision making with nonexsitence intersection of the various experts assessment utilities. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the method.
