The Study On Biological Specimen Rearrangement, Integration And Sharing Technology Based On Standard Regulations

The intergragation and share of biological specimen information, a fundamental progress of science and technology, has great influence to the strategic interests of our country. With rich biological resources, preservation and researches of specimen has not been properly organized however, which results in the lack of established standard, and share of resources.The Ministry of Science and Technology built up the Bio-specimen standardization and intergragation project (2005DKA214) on national natural and technological resources share platform, based on which we carried out this research, studied the standardized approach and technology of the intergragation and share of biological specimen information. Especially how human-oriented standard documents can be transformed into computer-oriented algorithms and implementations, in order to ensure the formulation and automation throughout the process of information intergragation.This paper studies how standardization can be put into effect in the process of intergragation and share of biological specimen information, and discusses its solution, based on which our project, that follows common standard in description and implementation can realize the standardization and informationization of biological specimen resources intergragation.
