In this lecture,we mainly study the dynamics of biology model with diffusion terms .we investigate the dynamics of a SIR model with diffusion terms,we can prove when time increases the density function of reaction-diffusion system still stay in some neighborhood of the equilibrium.In addition,in this paper method of from the initial value problem to the boundary value problem solution for proving the existence of travelling wave solution of a class of reaction-diffusion system,and example for showing how to use this method are also given. This paper divides into four chapters:In first chapter, we summarize the research background and model.In second chapter,we research the dynamics of a SIR model with diffusion terms.In third chapter,we give the basic concept of travelling wave solution and known conclusions which we need to quote .In four chapter, we discuss the existence of travelling wave solution of competition system with diffusion terms.
