Geo-hazard can destroy environment under the natural and contrived effect of the geology, it is a kind of disaster. It is a key for preventing geo-hazard and easing loss of geo-hazard and accelerating continuable develop of society and economy to study the effect of geo-hazard by using scientific means. GIS technique can synthetically analyze all kind of feature of the geo-hazard, and can apply to every period in the study of geo-hazard.In the paper, I study the survey report of YuQiuHao, JiuLongPo, ChongQing landslides, and use new technique to study actuality and type of landslide and access its stability and bring forward sound advice of prevention. The paper set forth natural and geologic environment condition and basal feature of landslide of research area based on GIS technique, on second thoughts, I demonstrate feasibility of its prevention and compare engineering father with moving, bring forward advice of prevention of project, and offer necessary geological information. The production indicate that the research find out distributing, range, size, geological environment, formative reason and genesic facter of YuQiuHao landslides. At the same time, I calculate and access stability of landslide, put forward scheme of prevention, access economic benefit, finally achieve anticipateve purpose. By adequately using GIS predominance, researchers can expediently study spatial distributing and growing rule and steady state of landslide, and educe bad force of project construct and emigration. Landslide and other geo-hazards have comparability, use GIS technique to primely manage and analyze data of geo-hazard. GIS technique is surely applied into geo-hazard field.
