The region of Yili is one of serious area in Xinjiang that happened landslide geological disaster. In recent years, the frequency and the areas of mountain body landslide happened at a high pitch, which have caused much personnel casualty and economic loss to the local people. The research select the Gongliu county as an object, taking the through investigation material as foundation, uses reference from predecessor's research technique and achievement fully, by introducing GIS technology to the landslide geological disaster evaluation, taking each evaluation factor and their relation with landslide disaster display in GIS as graphs, image and other forms.According to the situation of landslide disaster distribution in Gongliu, we select five major essential factors that lead to landslide happened, as elevation, slope, aspect, precipitation and geological lithological character. Using GIS convert these factors to the same quantificational datum (unit 75m×75m), analyzing the landslide spatial distribution and essential factors lead to landslide happened in Gongliu (4528.2km2 area), which have improved precision that compared proceding research. Based on the landslide factors database and the landslide spatial distribution database (1: 50,000), according to the certain rules,combined the reality details of research area, use formidable spatial analysis function of GIS fully, get the relations of landslide and each influent factor classification distribution special layers. The reserch shows that the possibility of most landslide in Gongliu happened in 600~1300 meter elevation, in the North , Southeast and Northwest aspect, 25°~ 65°slope, in 400~600 millimeter years precipitation, and interlayer with soft and flabby rock groups plain areas will be prone to cause landslide.With the support of GIS technical,combined the value of landslide CF with Logistic Regrssion Model, and SPSS statistical analysis software, computed the probability value of each cell, and carry through the landslide disaster grade zoning.Using the happened landslide to check, the result shows that, in the best instable regions and instable regions contain about 69.20% landslide, it make out that evaluate result and the happened landslide have more coherence, also indicate the model of forecast have much veracity.In all, by researchig the landslide disaster evaluation in study area, it opened a new mentality for the research geological disaster evaluation.Through to zone the landslide geological disaster hazards, establishes the network groups to measure and guards against, which can takes measures to prevent, controll and reduce the loss of life and property, it will takes important social significance and benefit to reduce and against natural disasters.
