In this thesis, the controllers design and stability analysis of T-S fuzzy control system are mainly discussed.The main contents are as follows:First, the development of fuzzy control, adaptive fuzzy control, and some methods of stability analysis are summarized.Second ,based on LMI, expression methods of T-S fuzzy dynamical model on continuous system are presented, based on which a kind of design method on fuzzy state observer is given and its stability is discussed separately. The simulation study shows its effectiveness.Third, the T-S fuzzy models with time-delay are presented and the stability conditions are derived using Lyapunov functional approach and a stabilization approach for nonlinear retarded systems through fuzzy state feedback and fuzzy observer-based controller is proposed. The simulation study shows its effectiveness.Fourth, in the conclusion, the thesis indicates some unsolved problems and prospects of the further study.
