The new curriculum reform of elementary education is becoming the focus of the public.Curriculum reform now steps into instructional practice from theoretical experation. Teachers' quality is the key to success of reform. The urgent problem is that teachers colleges should cultivate new-type teachers for new curriculum.Inquiry is an important notion in this curriculum reform , especially in science curriculums. Via scientific inquiry, students will acquire knowledge, master skills and experience process. More pointed,they will improve their sensibility, attitude and value. The principal objective in the physics curriculum reform is that the new curriculum can cultivate students' scientific literacy. Physics curriculum also emphasizes scientific inquiry.
