21st Century is called Nano-Centuary. The fabrication,indication and investigation of characteristics and application about nanomaterials become the focal point in current research of new materials and will have the optimistic prospect. Pattern plate technique is the most frequently used method to fabricate nano-materials. Anodic alumina membrane(AAM) is widely concerned because of its nano structure,high ordered character and adjustable dimension.The earlist research work about AAM was done by F. Keller who was in American Alumina Fabrication Corporation and G.C.Wood who was in Manchester University in 1953. However, people always obtained compact AAM and disordered AAM before 1995 because of the limitation of anodic technology. Until 1997, H. Masuda et. in Japan first fabricated AAM with ordered nanoporous arrays. Consequently, many research teams in the world fabricated AAM with ordered nanoporous arrays and did some research work on anodic technology and structural model. However, it is difficult to fabricate high density and ordered AAM for the rigorous anodic conditions and complex manufacture process. The investigation of anodic mechanism, the formation and growth principle of pores and the reasons of nanoporous arrays'formations is superficial. We can not obtain adjustable dimension AAM because we did not clarify the relationship between the anodic condition and the appearance, structure and characteristics of AAM. In addition, the reports about AAM's properties after being annealed and the fabrication of AAM-SnO2 film are scare.In this thesis, we fabricate AAM with nanoporous arrays by Al through anodic method, and we pay more attention on the discussion of the relationship between the...
