In this paper, the spherical tensor form of the multi-electron Hamiltonian has been re-derived, corrected tensor expression of the multi-electron Hamiltonian is presented; errors listed in the literature have been pointed out. Based on the tensor expression, fine structure of the (1 s 2p)3P state of Helium has been systematically studied and the formulae for the fine structure parameters are carried out with the help of the irreducible tensor theory. In order to improve precision, the correction to single-electron radial function is introduced and some modified single-electron wave functions are constructed. By using these wave functions, non-relativistic energies of the (1 s 2s)1S state of Helium-like atoms and the relativistic corrections have been recomputed, the comparatively accurate results are obtained. There are four chapters in this paper. The main contents are listed as following. In Chapter One, the fundamental properties of angular momentums and the rules for coupling of angular momentums have been introduced, which lays the theoretical foundation for calculating the structure of Helium. In Chapter Two, aided by the coupling theory of angular momentums, the spherical tensor form of Hamiltonian for multi-electron system has been re-derived, errors that listed in the literature are pointed out and the correct...
