On the basis of study to structure and sedimetary background, accumulation conditions of generation, reservoirs, caprocks, traps and migration in Wuerxu depressions are completely and systemly studied. It indicates that the good distribution of mudstone caprocks of K1n1 is from Su18 well to Haican4 well mudstone caprocks in Wuerxun depression. The mudstone caprocks of K1d1 is better than K1n1, the good distribution of caprocks is from Tong3 Well to Ba4 well, the second good distribution of caprocks is from the south of Ba4 well to the north of Tong3 well. The lateral sealing of K1d1 fault is major good or better in the north of Wuerxun depression, and is major better or middle in the south of Wuerxun depression. The lateral sealing of K1n1 fault is better or middle in the north of Wuerxun depression, and is major better or good, the rest faults on lateral sealing are better. The vertical sealing of K1d1 fault is major good, but the vertical sealing of the rest fault is major better. The vertical sealing of K1d1 fault in the north of Wuerxun depression is major good or middle, but the vertical sealing of WW92,WW87,WW88 fault is major middle in the west of Bayankala fault, in the north of WW27 fault. the vertical sealing of WW34 fault is major better, but is worse in the sorth of WW27 fault, and the rest is good. The vertical sealing of K1n1 in the north of Wuerxun depression is major better or middle, and is worse in the north of it, and is better in the middle it, and is middle or worse in the north of it.Based on the above, favorable exploration areas in Wuerxun depression are predicted. The most favorable exploration areas of k1n2 are Surennuoer structural zone, Huangqimiao structural zone. The favorable exploration areas are Tongbomiao structural zone, Wudong slope zone, Wuxi fault zone, Wuzhong structural zone and Bayantala structural zone.
