Depend on lots of seism, log, well, core, geochemical and paleontology and so on, I carefully and systemically researched the sequence and sediment system of Klqn (Gaotaizi oil layer) of middle combination in west slope of Songliao basin. Find out the characters of sequence interior structure and key surface in two, three, four grade sequence. Four grade sequence is middle time cycle of high sequence. Established sequence partition plan and studied deeply its interior structure mechanism and characters of space distribution. The thickness of layers in different sequences became thinness from east to west. For four grade sequence, this paper pointed C1 under K1y was the smallest in space distribution and only indwelled in southeast of west slope, the C2 above K1y expended more, and the C3, C4, C5 in the K1n distributed out of the basin. Find out the characters and types of sedimentary facies, sedimentary subfacies and sedimentary microlfacies in this area and established facies symbols. In this area these papers find three types of sedimentary facies, lake and delta and basin fan. Lake contains shore-shallow lake and deep or semi-deep lake. Shore-shallow lake divided sand beach, mixing beach and mud beach. The delta contained delta plain, delta front and prodelta. Delta plain divided distributary river course and between river courses. Delta front contains mouse bar and distal bar. Basin fan contains inner fan and outer fan. The debris flow is great in the inner fan and turbidity flow is important in the outer fan. Find out the characters of different types of facies distribution. Three grade sequence SQy1-2 and its four grade sequence mainly developed shore-shallow lake and delta facies. The transgresslves system tract is the smallest and contains delta. Three grade sequence SQy3 contains C2 and its transgresslves system tract developed. The facies contains delta, shore-shallow lake and incisive valley flow. The delta developed in the four grade sequence of K1n distributed in the northwest of basin. The sand bar distributed in the west in small size. The main sand is debris flow and turbidity flow in the highstand systerms tract. The characteristic of it is the sand in the mod, under and up break. Above many researches help me summarize sediment evolvement orderliness, controlling factors and sediment facies modeling. Ancient topographty, lake surface change, lake shore line and north source, qiqihaer source, west source, southwest source controlled the sediment process of Klqn in west slope of Songliao basin. The sediment structure of this area contains delta, shore-shallow bar, shore-shallow mud and basin fan. In forepart of Kly the lake shore line popple on east of west slope, source supply is power and the delta is main. In the afternoon of Kly the line expended to west and the delta, incisive valley flow and sand bar. The line popple on the edge of basin and basin fan developed in the highstand systems tracts and transgresslves systems tracts. On base of sequence and sedimentary facies researches, this paper analyzed the cause types of layer-lithology traps and forecasted traps development area. The trap contains sand lentoid traps formed by sand bar and sand updip wedge-out traps. The sand lentoid traps developed in the middle and east of area, sand updip wedge-out traps developed in the east of research area.
