By runoff determination, the regional vegetation and habitat survey, we integrate ecohydrologidal parameters measured in small-scale and ecological changes in environment. We used the RS and GIS technology and hydrological analysis methods in the research. We reveal the regional ecohydrological distribute pattern and analyst the relationship among the climate, vegetation and regional ecohydrological dynamics of the Inner Mongolia typical steppe from the late 1970s to the beginning of this century. On the background of the ecological environment change, this paper expounds the respondent mechanism of the ecohydrological process and the feedback effect of regional vegetation produced by the change of the hydrological process. Get the following preliminary conclusions:1.The typical steppe vegetation in the study area include 10 formations: Leymus chinensis, Stipa grandis, Stipa krylovii, Festuca ovuna, Allium polyrhizum, Artemisia frigida, Potentilla acaulis, Cleistogenes spuarrosa, Convolvulus ammannii and annual plant. According to the using intensity, the steppe vegetation in the study area can be attributed to undegraded, mild, moderate and heavy degraded grades.2. From the late 1970s to the beginning of this century, there had been great changes in vegetation. The unchanged communities only maintained 1/3 of the total area in 30 years. The rest changed in different degrees. The analysis of landscape...
