Research On Technology Based On Human

With the rapid development of science and technology, they have benefited the humankind greatly , while bringing their great number of negative effects on humankind. "Scientific Approach of Development with Based on Human at core, put forward at the 3rd session of the 16th NPC, is our significant guideline to cope with the negative effects of technology. In this thesis , the theoretical and practical meanings of "Based on Human" are combined with the relations between the people at the process of technology and technology in order to answer 3 major questions, namely, "What is Technology Based on Human?", "Why do we need Technology Based on Human? " and " How to realize Technology Based on Human?". First of all, this thesis , through the in-depth analysis on technology process, divides technology into several phases: intellectual technology, practical technology, technology for production or non-production technology and results of technology. And then, the thesis has a profound analysis on the role that human plays at the various phases of the technology process, regarding human as the principal part of technology and clarifies that human is the ultimate end of technology. Secondly , this thesis does a theoretical observation on "Technology Based on Human" to begin with the relations between human and nature , human and human ,human and society so as to figure out "What is Technology Based on Human". Thirdly, this thesis has made out the forms of negative effects of technology , how to cope with them and their root causes in order to answer why should we need Technology Based on Human by analysing the value theory of technology. Finally , this thesis sets forth how the principal parts(Human)at various process of technology play their roles to realize Technology Based on Human by segmentation of the principal part of technology.Chapter one mainly discuss What's Technology Based on Human. The first section makes some observation on the concept of Based on Human and then provides 4 reasons for why technology can be based on human, namely,(a)Human can regard every matter of the world as the belonging of human;(b)and human can change and make use of them;(c)human can change them with the purpose and awareness to meet the needs of human;(d)because of the limitless needs of human , the development and progress of human also can be limitless. The second section argues technology is a dynamic process and can be divided into: Intellectual technology, practical technology, technology for production or non-production technology and the results of technology. And then through the analysis on the process of technology, I discuss the roles that human plays at various different phases of technology and the relations between them. Finally ,I found human plays the principal roles at the process of technology such as decision-making principal part and acting principal part. Based on the above research, I can give Technology Based on Human a definition :Human should make use of and develop the technology to meet the needs of human with reason , while dealing with the relations with the nature ,with the society and with human themselves properly.
