Since Yukawa predicted the existence of pion theoretically in 1935, and it was tested by experiments in 1947, the pion has played a more and more important role in nuclear physics. With the Pion Exchange Model's putting forward, the research of strong interaction reached its prime. In the model the pion was the media to transport the interaction between nucleons. With the model physicists have solved a great deal of problems about strong interaction, but regretfully the model has not become the fundamental theory in the research of the strong interaction. Following that, many models were put forth to interpret the interaction between baryons and the strong interaction. Generally speaking, those models can be divided into two types — experimental theory and elementally theoretical theory. In the theoretical research, there are the Pion Exchange Model and Quark Model; while in the experimental research, there are various potential models. However, each theory has some deficiencies more or less, up to now there has not appeared a model or theory with which physicists are satisfied. In this dissertation based on the theory, the author calculates the cross section of the interaction between nucleons by using the Perturbation Theory under the SU(2) Model and the Single Pion Exchange Model and limited by the Chain Loop Re-correction of the Pion Propagator Method. First, the author works out the cross section under tree level, then with the Chain Loop Re-correction of the Pion Propagator Method he computes re-correction of the pion chain loops level via the mass and constant renormalization. By the Large Moment Integral Limited Method and the Complex Function Integral Method, the researcher obtains the finite value, which is the most important part of the article. At last he gains the cross section which takes into account the Chain Loop Re-correction of the Pion Propagator. By comparing the two cross sections the author comes to a natural conclusion that they can deal with the interaction between nucleons through the Perturbation Theory.
