The cellulose is the biggest renewable energy source material on the earth, its degradation and conversion by microorganism are very important for carbon cycle in nature, moreover, the efficient utilization of this process may develop the enormous function on supplying energy, feedstuff and food. Base on this idea, International community microorganism worker work hard for studying microorganism which produce cellulose. This research first applied the N~+ implantation of low energy and laser technology to the research of the breeding of the cellulose enzyme production strain Trichoderma viride. We analyzed the biologic effects that the two methods applying to the Trichoderma viride through measuring and analyzing the activation of three enzymes in the cellulose serial enzymes produced by the mutant strains. Finally, we chose the mutant strains which can produce cellulose greatly.Through the research, we obtained 8 mutant strains. Among them, CMC enzyme activation of mutant strain L181 and FPA enzyme activation of mutant strain 56 all increase above a time compared with the original strain, the anticipated target of the reseach has been achieved. At the same time, the physical changes of the mutant strains has been noticed and discussd also. In the research process, we have independently designed a simple laser irradiation unit, and has used the new method which to irradiate the mycoderma of Trichoderma virid with laser beam directly. It has manifested originality, scientificalness and practicability of the reseach and may supply the correlation research too.
