Every year, about 700,000,000t of cornstalk is produced in the agricultural production of our country. It is the precious resource especially for our country whose arable area and forest are relatively inadequate. Taking advantage of complex microbial to degrade cornstalk can improve the rate of comprehensive utilization with the characteristics of sustainability, pro-environment and economical. So this subject is becoming the focus of researching.At present, the determination of the enzyme activities in CMC strains enzyme (carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme), FPA (filter paper cellulose enzyme) has been widely applied to straw microbial degradation research. However, the research of mixed bacteria producing enzyme technology optimization and the cornstalk degrading result after the inoculation of the mixed bacteria with high activity, especially the quantitative study of the relationship between the enzymes activity and degrading rate is rarely seen reported, as well as the study on the interactive quantitative model of the influencing factors in the actual process of fermentation and degradation.Hence, this research is to mixed cultivate trichoderma viride and trichoderma koningii, and works over the enzyme producing technology optimization of trichoderma viride and the relationship between it and the cornstalk degrading rate, hoping that it can provide theory basis for the microbiological deterioration of the cornstalk.Therefore main achievements are as follows:1.Trichoderma koningii mold production carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme and filter optimization study of enzyme conditions(1) Using multi-factor orthogonal experiment, the Trichoderma koningii hand in the mixed bacteria produce carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme and filter paper enzyme liquid medium, orthogonal test optimized by using object analysis results obtained for analysis, that the optimal scheme of media.
