The author selected Tianshan Mountainous area, Southern and Northern Xinjiang as the research object of territorial climate, and collected weather data nearly 45 years from 1960 to 2004 about 49 observatory stations. We use Spss,MapInfo,Excel and the data to do analysis of trend, correlation, period and break. To analyse and compare the climate variations nearly 45 years about Tianshan Mountainous area, Southern and Northern Xinjiang. Finally, we analyse and compare the weather phenomena and weather calamity nearly 45 years in Xinjiang. Last we draw the conclusion:(1) It gradually appears warm in Tianshan Mountainous area, Southern and Northern Xinjiang. The trend ratios are respectively 0.28℃·10a-1,0.26℃·10a-1 and 0.4℃·10a-1. In 45 years, the comparing differences of year in temperature present decreasing trend in the three areas. The ascending trend of the lowest temperature is more obvious than that of the highest temperature. The no frost dates which reflect temperature variations are obviously ascending, the depths of the most frozen earth are obviously decreasing in the three areas. The variations of these factors are according with the fact of temperature ascending and that temperature ascending is the most obvious in winter.(2) The precipitation in the three areas all presents increasing direction in recent 45 years. In Tianshan Mountainous area, Southern and Northern Xinjiang, the mean of precipitation in recent 15 years are respectively more than those in front 30 years for 35.9mm,15.9mm and 29.2mm. In the three areas, the values of the relative humidity which reflect dry-wet variations are ascending, the values of the aridity index are descending. They are according with the fact of precipitation ascending. In four seasons, the precipitation from much to little is summer, spring, autumn and winter in turn in the three areas. The trend of precipitation in all seasons presents ascending.(3) The climate in recent 45 years appears warm and wet in the three areas. From the percentage of the distance of average about product of temperature and precipitation, the...
