With the development of scientific research and technical production, 3-D shape dynamic measurement has been generally lucubrated in some fields such as high-speed, hydromechanics, stress analysis, impact process, explosion process and so on. Compared with other methods, Fourier transform profilometry(FTP) requires only one frame of the deformed fringe pattern, which makes real-time data acquiring and processing of dynamic process possible. The breaking surface of measured object and the deficiency of CCD's sampling time resulted from slow shooting frequency bring some difficulties to the surface restoration of dynamic process including impact or explosion process. Based on the dynamic process FTP, some novel methods of 3-D restoration for the breaking surface of impact process are proposed in this paper. When the shooting frequency of CCD camera satisfies the sampling theorem, a new method of 3-D restoration of dynamic process is suggested in this paper. Based on FTP, the 3-D binary mask is built with the information of the cracks of the deformed fringes images by CCD, and the 3-D phase maps are unwrapped under the control of the masks, which avoid the influence of the trustless phases, and the proper 3-D shape of measured object is obtained. The experiment of the 3-D surface shape restoration of a breaking glass proved the feasibility of this method. When the shooting frequency of CCD camera does not satisfy the sampling theorem, a method of 3-D restoration with marked fringes tracking for high...
