We studied N,P Biogeochemistry near marine sediment-seawater interface of Rushan Bay by three investigations at 2003. The major researches are focused on the space-time distribution of TN, TP and TOC in sediment; forms of N and P; proportion of ON, OP and OC; exchange rate of N and P at the sediment-seawater. The main experimental results are follows:1 The space-time distribution of TN, TP and TOC in sedimentThe highest mean percentage composition of TOC occurred in Oct and the lowest in Jun, TN occurred in Aug and the lowest in Jun, TP occurred in Oct and the lowest in Jun. The percentage composition of TOC is less than 1% at most research positions, TN are about 0.06% and TP are about 0.1%. No research position are above-norm of TOC, 67% research position are above-norm of TN in Jun and Oct and all research position are above-norm in Aug, and All research positions are above-norm at research time of TP. The mean percentage composition of TOC, TN, TP of 4# is more than other research positions because 4# is about upon a drain. The influence of terrigenous input is relative great to the percentage composition of TOC, TN and TP.2 Forms of N and PThe highest percentage composition of N occurred in Aug and the lowest in Jun at cultured area and ordinary area. The contents of N in surface layer raise with temperature and change little in bottom. Generally, the percentage composition of IEF-N, CF-N, IMOF-N, OSF-N in cultured area are lower than ordinary area, TN reverse.The highest percentage composition of P occurred in Oct and the lowest in Jun at cultured area and occurred in Aug and the lowest in Jun at ordinary area. The contents of N in surface layer change with time and change little in bottom. Ca-P,Or-P,Fe-P are the main form which occupy 70-80% of TP at cultured area, and Ca-P,Or-P,De-P are the main form which occupy 70-80% of TP at ordinary area; the percentage composition of TP at cultured area are higher than ordinary area in different time, especially in Oct.The contents of N and P increase with time at cultured area and greater than ordinary...
