In order to inquiry into the influence of the UV- B radiation to the ocean ecosystem system, we studied the Schmackeria inopinus and the Harpacticus sp. through the method of the ecology experiment. We obeserve that when the UV- B radiation is strenghtened ,the mortality , ingestion ,the egg production ,development and propagates of females and males of the Schmackeria inopinus and the Harpacticus sp. by exposure to varying dose of UV-B irradiance .The result of the experiment is as follows:A The influence of the UV- B radiation to the Schmackeria inopinus1. The influence of the UV- B radiation to the mortality of Schmackeria inopinusThe results of the experiment showed that at the set dose, the effects on the mortality of adult males were significantly stronger than that of females. The 24h·LD50 values of UV-B radiation treatment to the adult males of Schmackeria inopinus were 5.77kJ/m2. The 48h·LD50 values of UV-B radiation treatment to the adult females of Schmackeria inopinus were 5.04kJ/m2.2. The influence of the UV- B radiation to the ingestion of Schmackeria inopinusThe ingestion and filtering rates of adult females and males were evidently inhibited by UV-B radiation and the influence trend to the same degrees. The more the dose of the UV- B radiation is, the more the ingestion decrease. At the same period of larva, the more the dose of the UV- B radiation is, the more evidently inhibited by UV-B radiation. Moreover, under the same dose of UV- B radiation, the ingestion appears the descendent trend with the increase of periods.3.The influence of the UV- B radiation to the egg production of Schmackeria inopinusThe enhanced UV- B radiation makes the egg production of Schmackeria inopinus lower obviously, and the more the dose of the UV- B radiation is ,the more the egg production decrease .4. The influence of the UV- B radiation to the development of Schmackeria inopinus...
