PART 1 ISOLATION, CULTIVATION, PURIFCATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF DIFFERENT GESTATIONAL AGE HUMAN EMBRYONIC NEURAL STEM CELLSBackground and Objective: Recently, neural stem cell (NSC) is one of the hot spots in neuroscience. The study showed that there was spacious clinical application perspective in transplanting NSC to acute or chronic nervous system injury, such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Alzheimer's disease (AZ), Parkinson's disease (PD), hereditary chorea, ischemic encephalopathy and so on.Not only the preclinical study at the present stage but also clinical application in the future, large numbers of NSCs is needed. So it is important to isolate, cultivate, and differentiate NSC.
