Making use of Faraday effect to eliminate the lock-in influence,four mode differential laser gyros(FMDLGs) are theoretically superior to two mode differed laser gyros(TMDLGs). But because of the difficulty of technics,the superiority is limited. In order to improve the working performance of FMDLGs, the optimization of Faraday cell is very important. By simulating the magnetic loop structure of Faraday cell, it has been tried to find out the way to improve the working performance of Faraday cell.First of all, the magnetic loop calculation has been expressed theoretically,and the effect of the permanent magnet on the magnetic loop system has been discussed in brief. Then, by simulating the magnetic field distribution of different magnetic loop systems with different permanent magnets at different temperatures, the temperature characteristics, the magnetic field distribution and the effect of the permanent magnet on the magnetic loop system have been analyzed and summarized. Based on the above discussion and by changing the size of the single magnetic ring system, etc., the methods to improve the magnetic field distribution and the temperature characteristics have been found out. Finally, according to the practical project requirements and the above results of the simulation and analysis, the two optimum suggestions of Faraday cell have been put forward. In the future, it's useful in the design and the improvement of the FMDLGs.
