Based on the impulsive differential equation and its parameter identification model. Many practical problems to take into account are of implicitor undifferen-tiable functions. So this paper introduces the Hooke-Jeeves optimization algorithms which do not require derivatives. But there are some deficiency of the traditional Hooke-Jeeves optimization algorithms. So we construct improved Hooke-Jeeves optimization algorithms, and we illustrate that the improved Hooke-Jeeves optimization algorithms is more efficient and more satisfied than the traditional one by numerical examples . In addition this paper also expounds the advantages of homogeneous design method. This study can not only accelerate the research of pulsing differential equation , but also provide basic theoretical reference for optimization algorithms. Therefore, this research work has important theoretical meaning and practical value.The content of this paper and the main results achieved can be summarized as follows: we outlines uniform design optimization algorithms and homogeneous design law,and expounds the superiority of homogeneous design method and deficiency of the traditional Hooke-Jeeves optimization algorithms. Numerical results show that the algorithm has improved more efficient means to be more satisfied with the overall character of certain optimal solutions.
