In this paper, the ultra-weak luminescence of the garlic seedling and the peanut leaveswere studied by ultra-weak luminescence detective technology. We gained the relationbetween leaves physiological state and ultra-weak luminescence under different lightqualities,and the law of changes that at different period of the plant leaves growth. We furtheranalyzed the decay dynamics process of delayed luminescence of the plant leaves.The results show that: (1) The different light qualities have a different impact on theultra-weak luminescence of plant. The intensity of plants delayed luminescence increasedwith growing of the garlic seedling, the intensity of natural conditions is higher than othersconditions (red light, yellow light and blue light), but the decay of delayed luminescenceunder natural conditions is slower than others, the decay of delayed luminescence of differentgrowing period was similitude under others conditions ( red light, yellow light and bluelight ),comparing with the state of natural conditions, more and more obvious contrast wereshowed, which indicated that: Under natural conditions, the organizations growth of leaveswas complete and the interaction effect was great;under other conditions, the organizationsgrowth of leaves was faultiness and the interaction effect was weak, the different lightqualities have a different impact on the plant growth. Otherwise, the decay parameters 1/P ofdelayed luminescence increased with growing of the garlic seedling, the decay parameterswas largest under natural conditions, which implied that the ultra-weak luminescence of planthave a closely relation with growth and metabolic process (photomorphogenesis of plant andphotosynthesis).(2) The decay process of delayed luminescence of plant leaves approximatelyaccord with hyperbolic decay, it implied that the mutual coupling between each excited stateinside biological system, which is consistent with the Coherence Theory. But after furtheranalyzed, we found that: the fitting curve of hyperbolic decay theory have biased with theexperimental data, it was generally divided into two parts, the former part was about at the first20s which depart from hyperbolic,the latter part was a standard hyperbolic decay. Weconsider maybe there existed the source that provide energy in the decay process,the sourcedelayed the decay;Thereout we gained the revised equation of delayed luminescence, whichshow that Coherence Theory wasn't the maturity theory of biology ultra-weak luminescence,The physics mechanism of biology ultra-weak luminescence was still discussed further.These results proved that there was the relation between ultra-weak luminescence andinterior organization growth of biological systems. The different light qualities have adifferent impact on the ultra-weak luminescence of plant, at the same time different lightqualities have a different impact on the plant growth;it implied that ultra-weak luminescencewas interrelated with some process of physiology in the growth. Further studying relationbetween the ultra-weak luminescence and biological mechanisms and some key process ofbiology, we would pioneer a new method to study plant physiology.
